Obtain a Puppet user token
To connect to a Puppet instance, Perforce Unified Compliance requires a user token. This token enables retrieval of cloud virtual machine (VM) management information from PuppetDB via the Puppet bridge, and enrollment of VMs into Puppet management.
In Puppet, obtain a token associated with a user with the following permission:

You provide this token when you connect the Puppet instance to the Perforce Unified Compliance platform. All actions performed through the Puppet integration are attributed to the associated user.
