Add account-level tags

In the Tags step of the connection wizard for the Azure account, take the following steps:

In the Product field, type the name of the product associated with this account. This information is required.
Enter values for one or more of the optional tags, as required for your organization. The optional tags are as follows:
- Sub Product
- Environment
- Cost Center
- Created by (can be used for the provisioning method, such as Terraform)
Review the values for accuracy and consistency. Similar values are not merged.
