Verify database migration

Support for using Puppet Enterprise with Google Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL is currently a Limited Availability feature. Limited Availability features are supported for production use and are available on a limited basis.

Use psql to connect to the Cloud SQL instance:

PGPASSWORD=<DB_PASSWORD> /opt/puppetlabs/server/bin/psql \
  --host=<DB_HOST> \
  --username=postgres

Verify the following:

  • Required roles exist

  • Required databases exist

  • Tables are present

  • Permissions are correct
