Back up and restore Continuous Delivery (CD)

Create backups of your Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment, which can be used to roll back to a previous state or restore your installation into a new system for disaster recovery.

• Generate a backup
  Generate a backup file using a Bolt plan. This file is stored in the backup directory on the Continuous Delivery (CD) host system and can be used to roll back to a previous state or restore your installation into a new infrastructure for disaster recovery.
• List existing backups
  Generate a list of previous backup files that Continuous Delivery (CD) has created.
• Restore from backup
  When necessary, you can use a backup file to roll back to a previous version of your Continuous Delivery (CD) set-up without changing the underlying infrastructure.
• Restore to new infrastructure
  When necessary, you can use a backup file to restore your Continuous Delivery (CD) installation to new infrastructure.
